Before you return a product, you may want to explore donating it to a shelter or a rescue. They will provide you with a document in which you can use as a tax deduction for full retail price on the item (usually 2 to 3 times the amount you paid us). This will also save us both extra shipping charges and you will actually make money on the item while helping dogs in need. If you decide to donate, please let us know and we’ll give you a full 10% off of your replacement purchase including shipping charges 🙂 It’s all about the dogs to us!

Exchanges are no problem with us! Just follow these easy steps:

1: Please be sure to return the product unused, in it’s orginal packaging with orginal tags fully attached. If the tags have been removed, there will be a 20% restocking fee as we can no longer sell it as “New With Tags”.

2: MEASURE YOUR DOG! and use the sizing charts for your specific product to reselect. Our sizing charts are very accurate and have been tested to prove they’re accurate. Remember, Dogs with heads much larger than their necks and stout dogs could need a size up 🙂

3: Ship the item back to the address on your invoice. Please include a note describing the requested exchange in detail. Also… using First Class Mail is quickest and most affordable on item weighing under 16 ounces.

4: Once we received the item we will contact you via PayPal invoice letting you know that we received the item and requesting any cost differences and return shipping to you.

If you’re sizing down, there will be no charge for the exchange. We can even apply any difference in the cost of the sizes to the return shipping to you and/or anything else you need for your baby 🙂

If you’re sizing up, the invoice will reflect the difference in the cost of the items and return shipping to you.

The exchange invoice is usually under $5.00 depending on the price difference of the items you’re exchanging.
